in september 2013 wandisco announced official sponsor of uc berkeley amplab, five-year collaborative effort @ university of california, berkeley.


hadoop

wandisco has 1 apache hadoop committer on staff: jagane sundar. in february 2013 wandisco released free distribution of hadoop containing additional components developed wandisco.


subversion

wandisco involved in apache subversion open source project 2008 through 2015. employed several contributors work on subversion project during time.


server , client binaries

wandisco provides subversion binary downloads windows, debian, centos, solaris, ubuntu, mac os x , rhel via website. these binaries use default package management system each linux distribution.


project announcements

in december 2010, wandisco announced intention develop features subversion project, aimed @ improving branching , merging functionality.


the apache foundation , subversion developers said announcement contained unfounded claims , insinuations community involvement , lack of development on these features. according apache, these features being worked on @ time. david richards wandisco clarified position subversion community , followed announcing wandisco s sponsorship , ongoing support work of apache software foundation.
