early career

after graduating college, dimitroff joined saskatchewan roughriders of canadian football league canadian scouting coordinator, worked in many areas of team s operations 2 seasons there. in 1992, worked in dallas, texas office of world league of american football, tracking nfl player transactions , rosters. when league folded later year, dimitroff moved japan, helped coach friend s corporate american football team.
