in 2014, heinrich , republican senator jeff flake of arizona traveled small island called eru in marshall islands. discovery channel sent film crew document trip , plan air film show called rival survival. heinrich , flake had survive 6 days few resources, including no natural sources of drinkable water. after trip, heinrich told reporters , flake decided go on trip demonstrate politicians different political parties can work together, , in case, survive.
