“the notion of chucky on train… thought interesting you’ve got archetypal or stereotypical notion of kid says, ‘the doll alive , he’s doing this,’ kid befriends old lady who’s on train. old lady 1 listen kid, , she’s like, ‘okay, tell me you’re thinking. believe believe , let’s investigate it.’ story goes on turns out old lady… , old lady has onset alzheimers. there’s something, reason [why] other people aren’t listening either. turns out [to be] charmed confidant of chucky.”

in july 2017, don mancini spoke of concept child s play film set in space, tentatively being entitled chucky in space. in october 2017, don mancini confirmed billy boyd return seed of chucky characters glen , glenda in future child s play film, , references characters had been cut cult of chucky. in interview forbes later month, mancini confirmed ending of cult of chucky designed in such way second line of films following various chuckys of cult of chucky introduced in cult of chucky, tentatively referred scott mendelson ultimate child’s play, has been considered.
