there have been 4 referendums in modern poland:
two in 1996:
general property enfranchisement of citizens referendum
referendum ways of use of public property
one in 1997 - referendum on constitution
one in 2003 - referendum on joining eu
a referendum on proposed eu constitution planned in 2005, has been put on hold after rejection of constitution french voters.
