in emergency, people can go straight hospital a&e. other type of hospital treatment referral doctor required. there public , private hospitals, former providing free treatment. hospitals offer both private , state healthcare services, presentation of social security card, ehic, or proof of private insurance advisable. hospital doctors not issue prescriptions, after discharge, patients take hospital medical report pharmacy prescriptions filled.
