tepco officials reported radioactive caesium 90 times higher 3 days prior (july 6), , may spread pacific ocean. tepco reported caesium-134 levels in water measured @ 9 kilobecquerel per liter, 150 times legal level, while caesium-137 measured @ 18 kilobecquerel per liter, 200 times permitted level.
