on september 20, 2013 company went public on nasdaq. on december 30, 2013, fireeye acquired mandiant in stock , cash deal worth in excess of $1 billion. on may 8, 2014, fireeye acquired company npulse technologies approximately $60 million. npulse intended build on fireeye s ability detect intrusions in company s network making easier track intrusion , better understand effect on network.


in may 2016, announced dave dewalt step down position ceo , become executive chairman on june 15, 2016. dewalt replaced company s president, kevin mandia. mandia came on board acquisition of mandiant in 2013.
