the fourth section known beulah street entire length. begins @ sr 644 (franconia road) in franconia, 0.5 miles (0.80 km) west of third section s intersection. continues through intersections sr 289 (franconia-springfield parkway) , sr 611 (telegraph road). past sr 611, sr 613 continues through fort belvoir united states army installation traffic regulated telegraph gate which, of 2001, allows entry 5:00-21:00 monday-friday military identification card. sr 613 continues through base, past fort belvoir golf club, , intersection kingman road, permanently obstructed beyond intersection wills road @ former gate before overpass of former military railroad spur. section serves u.s. bicycle route 1 sr 611 0.4 miles (0.64 km) sr 618 (woodlawn road).


the fifth section less 0.1-mile (0.16 km) long , continuation of beulah street obstructed former gate intersection sr 617 (backlick road), 0.3 miles (0.48 km) before 1 (richmond highway) in accotink.
