according article 75 of constitution of moldova, (1) problems of utmost gravity or urgency confronting moldovan society or state shall resolved referendum. (2) decisions passed in consequence of results produced republican referendum have supreme judicial power. there 2 referendums held in moldova, in 1994 , 2010.
