a congregational chapel built in or before 1801, , replaced new church in 1864, joined united reformed church @ formation in 1972. in 2006 church refurbished , divided provide community room, in 2013 village shop , post office moved church. of 2016, services continue held in church.


primitive methodists built chapel in 1843. chapel closed c. 1965 , demolished in 1970.
