on february 16 @ dawn egyptian military conducted airstrikes on isil facilities in libya. airstrikes targeted isil training locations , weapons stockpiles. military aircraft returned safely base. libyan air force conducted strikes in derna, occupied isil affiliate since 2014. 40–50 militants , 7 civilians reportedly killed.
